    Staff are helpful and walk down aisles to assist - great selection. Best in Guelph! Fair prices.

    Friendly staff, lots of food/toys, but the pet services are overpriced and they do a poor job with my dog's nails. They aren't ever properly cut and when I pay extra for grinding it barely looks or feels different without it.

    Please spend more time training your groomers before letting them handle peoples pets. I understand accidents happen but this is the second time my dog has been injured here. My dog does not deserve to suffer. I take her to a groomer because I want to make sure she's in the hands of a professional so she doesn't get hurt. I will never go to petsmart for grooming again. All the groomers there are super kind and have amazing attitudes but my dogs health and safety comes first.

    Great staff helped me out and were friendly. Best selection of dog beds in town at great prices.

    Better than vet grooming or pet food. Staff get along, well-trained.
