    Beautiful shoes. The heels are gorgeous and the men's shoes are sensible. It's a bit pricey, but the shoes are good quality.

    I had no choice but to run in ten minutes before closing because of my work schedule. The sales reps were very helpful and kind even though I was trying things on as they were closing. I appreciate the great customer service. You don't see that kind of service, especially when it pushes past closing. Sorry for keeping you!

    The Manager at this store has an awful attitude and does not care about customers at all. She is all about policy and no customer service. Will not shop here again. Other Spring stores have much better management.

    Bought a pair of boots here less than 2 months ago and the heel came apart on one. Staff would not return it because my daughter used her other foot to apply pressure to back of the heel to take it off. Thus was not deemed defective, but abuse i guess by her. Should a heel come apart anyway taking a boot off this way. I couldn't seperate the other one using all my strength.
