  The broth of the 101 was just salty with a lack of flavour. It was disappointing.

  Then when the drink came I was wondering if I actually paid for half a drink. There was such a big gap between the top of the cup and where the actual drink stopped. It was maybe 1.5 inches from the top. I've never seen this before at other Ben Thanh locations and so I was a little shocked. On top of that I said half sweet and not no sugar. It was bitter and I didn't even taste the red beans. It lack flavour and tasted like it was sitting in just plain water or something. It was sad.

  Had the Mango Shrimp Salad (small) & the Thai Coconut Chicken Soup. Both hit the spot after a long day of driving and no guilt. Good quality food for your money. The Caesars my co-worker and I got were definitely strong and unfortunately she couldn't drink her's because she had to drive. I'd say the Caesars were a little overpriced. I would eat here again

  This is definitely not my favourite Ben Thanh location. I had my go to which is a 101 large and a matcha red bean drink, half sweet.

  Food is okay, containing MSG. Price was good but it has been increasing year by year following Canadian inflation rate - I guess. Service is depending to the individual. One senior looks rude and arrogant. I think she wants to become a Chief of Servers and likes to showing off only during weekends. Others are nice and friendly. Dim Sum takes a while to be ready. New ramen menu is less tasty than what I expected. Overall it is okay.
