    New girl with blonde hair was also rude. I would happily speak with the franchise owner of this location about how they'll lose customers such as myself due to poor hiring choices. Leave me a way to contact you and I will. Gladly.

    Sold us a damaged product, a pet food bag that had been broken and re-taped together with the food inside mostly crushed. Staff member was rude and accusatory about it. We had no receipt so we didn't expect to be able to return it, but she implied we were running some sort of scam by asking. There's a reason their prices are so low.

    Staff does not help. Two of them stood behind the counter. No help with 40lb bag. Even watched me accidentally drop the bag. Twice. No offer of help.
