  Food is good for a buffet with lots of choices. The service is very good also. It is a buffet so i could not give it five stars. The food is hot but as with buffets there are issues or concerns. I went to get a clean plate and it was dirty with food. So had to take the second plate which was also dirty. Third one was okay.

  Overall the food and wait staff are good for the most part, however, the hostess and reception staff on the other hand are deplorable. I don't typically take the time to write a review but both of my last two experiences with the Guelph location have been terrible. I eat here often with business partners and friends, and I am disappointed by how rude some of the employees here are. On one occasion, my family and I came to the restaurant to eat at dinner time, and I stood in line for over ten minutes at the hostess desk while I waited for her to decide she was ready to speak to me and was clearly not occupied with anything else. When she did finally acknowledge me, she advised that it would be a 90 minute wait and did not even offer to put us down for a table. She immediately started helping another customer with a reservation and completely ignored us. Most recently, I called to make a reservation (given my last experience) and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude without provocation. He advised that they were booked up for the evening until 7:30 which I replied was fine since we were hoping to go after 7:30 and he began yelling at me "we don't have tables! Don't you understand? Try walking in, we don't have any tables!". Management needs to choose their staff more carefully, there is no reason to treat paying customers like garbage.

  Menu, but the best is the all you can eat buffet. Lots for everyone. Good options for vegetarians and even vegans. Desserts mainly delicious vegetarian options but vegans will find lovely fresh fruit. Good place to bring kids. Warning: over-eating and gaining two pounds is very easy here, and worth it. Plus: all dishes are labeled with calorie values, so you CAN control the intake by choosing the low caloric foods... All is delicious anyway. Fun for birthday parties. Birthday person is free when bringing a few other eaters.
