  It makes me sad to post such a bad review because the food is half decent. I just have had terrible experiences ordering from them. My most recent experience, my food arrived 2 HOURS after I’d placed my orders. When it finally arrived, they were missing a bunch of my order and when I tried to call there was no answer. I tried to call for an hour and a half to get the rest of my order and there was just a busy signal. This was during business hours.

  Convenient, but my least favorite sushi place in Guelph. Consistently poor quality over the years, sometimes dirty, and never friendly or rude... just there to give you the machine.

  I️ ordered food 2 hours ago, they charged me for it, and it NEVER CAME! It’s way too pricy for what you get! I’ve called 23 times and they’re line is busy! FUSION? MORE LIKE CONFUSION! Could not get a simple order right, you literally have one job guys. Wish I️ could give 0 stars.

  Food came out super slow. Some of our items didnt even end up coming even after we repeatedly asked for them. Water tastes kinda weird

  UPDATE: they still haven’t answered their phone. I️ could have purchased a rice field, harvested rice and grown my own vegetables, cooked my meal into one delicious blend of veggie fried rice and served it in the amount of time this has taken

  Recently renovated, space has improved since the 'Fuji' era. Good menu, never had a bad experience. Food quality can be up and down but overall good. The only place for AYCE sushi in the downtown.
