  I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest, and overcharge. I understand that a company needs to make a profit but this business has no problem taking advantage of rough situations when they are aware that a person is truly stuck. Pretty unbelievable, no humanity....

  Was not impressed. Although the same day visit earns them points, the technician took a screw driver and hammer to my door even after I expressly told him the door/lock could not be damaged. He concluded the lock needed to be drilled out and replaced for a hefty expense. After seeking a second opinion, another locksmith had me into my apartment with ease and no further damage was required.

  Don’t waste your time, definitely not a company you want to turn to if you are stuck in a bad situation.

  I was very disappointed with this company that clearly took advantage of my situation. I went for an evening walk at the conservation area when it was snowing quite heavily. I ended up losing my keys but had a spare in the car. I called this company that said they would arrive in 15 minutes. After about 25 minutes no one had arrived so I proceeded to give them a call back. I was informed that someone would arrive in another 20 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half in the cold, dark weather with my dogs. Once the technician arrived he said because my car is a 2017 it is difficult to get in so I would be charged the highest cost. I corrected him, as my vehicle is actually a 2011, but was still charged $327.70 for a job that took (no exaggerating here) under a minute. I could not believe this service, it is not only maddening but really sad that a business feels ok profiting on such an ordeal. I will continue to post about this experience in the hopes that it reaches many so no one will have to deal with this awful company. Also, the company I called was 519 Locksmith Guelph but the invoice I received was labeled as A-Z Lock and Door Service- I am still unsure why because when I call the company I never receive direct responses.

  Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. Would 100% reccomend going elsewhere. If you live in the Guelph area, do not use them unless you want to deal with the biggest inconvenience, get ripped off and encounter terrible customer service skills.
