    In trying to get answers found the person to be very rude, including hanging up the phone.

    Guelph is very fortunate to have such a wonderful place. My mother in-law and my dad has stayed and have received help from here and they've been nothing but wonderful.

    I used to have ABI group here. A very clean and well presented hospital.

    Wonderful cafeteria with great salads, caring nursing staff, suburb housekeepers who work hard keeping St Joe's clean. Recreation staff lovely as well.

    Only changing patient briefs, once in a 12 hour shift. When you call the nurse to tell them that your family member is soiled they respond with "changes happen at 7am and 7pm". Sitting in your soiled breif leads to skin breakdown. Repositioning is not happening every 2 hours as it is should be, for those who cannot move themselves. I do not recommend this facility.
