  Waited over 2.5 hours! People who came after me went in before me. When I finally went to say something, the receptionist said I was next. I don't like to complain and never leave reviews but that was horrible to sit through while being ill. Will not subject myself to that again. It was also a huge waste of time because apparently it's normal to get the flu and a bad cold that lasts for a month with recurring high fevers. I am no doctor so will not try to diagnose what the problem is, but it is definitely not normal for me. Just moved to Guelph and I will definitely be finding a family doctor asap!

  Usually busy, good place if you need support other than your family doctor.

  Fantastic experience! Perfect from start to finish. The lady at the reception desk was polite and professional; check-in was flawless and she kept it all so organized, especially given the high volume of patients waiting (I have seen worse, so I know, trust me). Give her a raise, if she hasn't got one already - she's a keeper. The clinic was very, very clean. Very grateful to the great and knowledgeable doctor as well. Got my prescription after, with minimal delay and back to work - all during my lunch. Thanks Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic!

  I would like to rate my experience a 5 . I rate it a 5 today and for the previous times I have visited this walk in clinic. The doctors I have experienced are kind and thorough. Not knowing my medical history I k ow they need to take the time to ask questions not normally asked by my family doctor. (Who is in a different city). I am always greater by the sweetest young woman at the reception desk. She takes the time out of her busy day to talk to me like I am the only one in the room (vendors though the room is packed). I would recommend this clinic to the people in the Guelph area. .

  The receptionist is lovely and very nice. However the wait time for this walk in was ridiculous. All I needed was a doctors and I've waited over two hours.
