  I use the Contractor desk and always receive excellent help in locating products and lots of good advice. Adrian went out of his way to help with some forgotten supplies! Andre and JL are also very hands on and Dianne can find anything for you.

  I came here to buy some 2x4 and they don't have any in stock. What kind of building centre doesn't have 2x4s. I'm probably better off because whenever I've bought lumber from here in the past it was so warped I couldn't use most of it. Avoid this place for lumber

  Great store with knowledgeable staff. I came down here for assistance to estimate my bathroom renovation. The store manager directed me to the correct staff members and provided me an estimate. I'd recommend anyone going to JL's for friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work!

  I went into the store to get products for staining a headboard (my first staining project) and a lovely lady working in the paint department went above and beyond to help me! She took the time to explain the different products in detail, gave me a short demo and so many tips! I am very grateful for her help and wise words, what a wonderful experience - I hope to pass on her knowledge to others. My project turned out wonderfully.
