    Wasted my 4 hours today waiting for their technician who never showed up and call after the timeframe window. What a waste of money and time for customers

    Tried calling many times and the voice mail asks that you email the request. The mail box is full..... How can you trust this contractor will do a good job.

    Not a very good experience. Required calling multiple times just to schedule a simple dishwasher installation. Kept promising that the contractor would contact me within 48 hrs ... 72 hrs ... 96 hrs. Only calling back multiple did anything happen. Then had to wait another week to actually get the install. Each time calling back, had to sit on hold for 20-30 min. Not customer focused what-so-ever.
