  We picked up the unit a week ago and went on vacation. Spent the whole day today getting rid of my old washer and dryer and connect the new unit. To my surprise I was missing the piece in between to stack the unit. I was never told at time of purchase I needed to buy this $100 item for it to work properly. I called the store and it needs to be ordered in. Two week turn around! Awesome now I have no washer and dryer for the next two weeks. What a frustrating day! I’m ready to bring it all back! :(

  My wife purchased a chair for her mom a year ago from this location. she has parkinsons. it is now falling apart AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING. this was not a cheap piece of furniture. the fabric is peeling, it looks like it is a 10 year old chair. they sent out some one to look at it and the guy said he couldnt do anything. and thats it!! they will be nice to u until u have ur stuff then ure on ur OWN. thanks for nothing leons! better to buy from a garage sale then deal with these jokers.

  Customer service at the Guelph Leon's is flawless. All the ladies at the front desk seem to know exactly what they are doing and are very pleasant to deal with! Laura and Sarah have especially done a fantastic job answering all my questions and ensuring all their customers leave the store well-informed.

  Had an amazing experience at Leon's Furniture in Guelph. Frazer was excellent in figuring out what we wanted and needed, and spent as much time required to help us furnish our new home. He knew his inventory and was quick to show us all our options, and create different packages. Was able to book the delivery date we wished for, and unlike other furniture stores we have visited, delivery is free. We highly recommend visiting Guelph Leon's!

  Not very happy. Over the years I have made many purchase at this store. My last purchase was a washer and dryer (stackable unit)

  The staff are very friendly and they know the store inside and out. Frequent sales and decent prices. There is also a kids play place. The deliveries are well done, but have a huge window.
