    Lots of selection of electronics, gaming, videos & music and appliances. Comparable prices and helpful staff make it a great place to shop. Close access to any other shopping and many resaurants close by as well.

    I waited on hold for a total of 40 minutes to be told the best they can do is give me a 10% discount on my next order and that I have to go into a Best Buy store to return the extra that they sent me - when I asked to speak to a supervisor I got shot down and told I'd have to hold while the person helping me spoke to him. I waited on hold for another 20 minutes for him to return and hang up on me ! He never tried calling me back or even making note of our conversation for another employee to see what we discussed. 1) if I wanted to go to a store why would I have ordered online to begin with 2) I know one other person who was double charged by Best Buy recently- which makes me wonder how many people they're doing this to that don't catch on! 3) if their extra charge puts me over my limit I will be owing a overdraft penalty out of pocket so now I am spending money on gas to return and item I didn't order and paying overage fees for a transaction I didn't approve.

    - 5 stars I would we literally stood at the tv's for 10 minutes with my wife and my son in a wheelchair and two sales persons standing nearby chatting about their bffs doggy jackets when who what appeared to be a manager came and interrupted them and asked if they want to sell a tv and sent them across the store and completely ignored us the gentleman In the computer section with the white shirt was very helpful even though we didn't get what we were looking for

    Now after he hung up on me after waiting on hold for an hour I call back yet again only to be told by the worker the best she can do is give me 10% off my next order - I informed her that I would no longer be shopping with bestbuy and she said all she can do now is put in a ticket for this to go further.

    Geek squad helped me when my laptop died. I desperately needed a single file for an upcoming presentation and they tried to recover it. Unfortunately, my hard drive was malfunctioning and I was unable to get my file. They did not charge me and they were very friendly, efficient, and offered me some other options. They were also sympathetic to the stress of what I was going through.

    This location. In Guelph is one of the best when it comes to customer service. It was very busy but the gentleman who was helping us took the time to assist us and give us all his attention.

    Ordered my son a Nintendo Switch for Christmas online - I received two at my door and checked my credit card info - they charged me twice so they sent through two different orders! I checked my emails and the order number to find two seperate order numbers- One which I obviously placed and one a whole hour later I called and the first person I spoke to assured me that having two charges on the credit card is totally normal and in a few days it will even out but only the amount paid should actually be charged. so I call back since I was charged over $1000 for 2 Nintendo switch bundles only one that I ordered which is obviously a lot of money!
