  Best dental office ever! I am new to Guelph and nervous about going to the dentist. The staff at this office went out of there way to make me feel welcome and eased my fears (Lynn in particular). She introduced me to the most amazing hygienist Shelly who was so gentle and kind. I left with a huge sense of relief and I was shocked that I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I am looking forward to my next visit with Shelly. Thank you ladies!

  Best dental clinic I've ever been to. I drive 40 minutes to get to this clinic because it's that good! From the beautiful decor and friendly reception to the amazing hygienists and dentists. You couldn't ask for a friendlier bunch. They make you feel welcome and taken care of. Alex is an amazing hygienist and always has my whole family feeling comfortable. He's always gentle, and has my boys laughing all the time.

  All my patients and coworkers know l am a wimp when it comes to having the dentist work on my teeth, Dr Khan didn't. So l did not say a thing, sat in the chair and let them do their thing, call it a peer to peer dental experience evaluation. Procedure explained, here comes the needle but not even a single pinch!! The gel Dr Khan put on my gums numbed my gums good enough that l did not feel the needle. Everything went smooth and got my cavity fixed and also l got the reverse freezing to be able to eat right away, in 5 minutes the numbness was gone.

  I've been going to this office for about 5 years. I had a full mouth rehab by Dr. Gelfand, he saved my teeth and that I am forever grateful for. Although I am a pleasant person I'm not always the easiest to deal with because I ask a lot of questions; I also had many bad experiences at other dental offices prior to coming here which made me very apprehensive. My team at Dawson Guelph South is top notch! They are very patient with me. Recently I lost my hygienist whom was absolutely wonderful and had to find a new one, this caused me some anxiety since I had bad experiences in the past. The office manager, Daria, whom has been by my side since day one and whom has been a constant supporter and confidant, suggested that I see Alex for my future hygiene appointments. All I have to say to anyone looking for a new hygienist is... Do not hesitate to see Alex. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with so much information and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. His dental knowledge far exceeds just hygiene. He is also extremely gentle, yet thorough. I've given him the nickname the hygiene whisperer lol :) I left my appointment without irritation or bleeding. I'm a super honest person and if you're reading this review you can trust every single word of it.

  So today l had a filling done by Dr Khan, assisted by Hope. Last time l had any work done on my teeth was in 2011 and l have been flossing daily since then but guess what, l still got a cavity in between teeth! Happens to the best of us flossers, eh? :)
