  I just used the high-pressure rinse setting to scrub clean some old wood furniture that had been sitting in a basement for 3 years, and the before/after difference was amazing! Very hard java wood was nearly solid black with dirt and dust, but after a good pressure-washing the underlying wood grain is about 80% visible. Really convenient, and does a great job!

  Horrible customer service. I will be canceling my monthly wash pass, as the exterior car wash is always closed during normal business hours. 5 times this month alone it has been closed for maintenance when I came for a wash, extremely inconvenient. Today it is closed all day indefinitely, and when I asked if I could use the self serve bays instead I rudely was told it would be at my own expense.

  Great self-serve carwash bays allow you to use high-pressure washer and several other settings (soap, wax, tire cleaner, etc.) to do whatever custom cleaning job you want. Coin-operated 24-7 service takes $1 and $2 coins, and if I remember correctly, it's $4 minimum payment and $2 per 1/2 hour.

  Got the ultra combo clean at south Guelph car wash. Comes with towel dry but that was never done as there was water marks all over front window, mirrors and parts of body. Did not vacuum in creases of seats where dirt accumulates. Wheels looked good but vehicle overall mediocre. There was no inspection before I left lot and I had to get someone to clean front window. Even that was a bad job and had to point that out to them too. No apologies. They just wanted me out as fast as possible. Be warned they do not clean in glove boxes or centre consoles so don't waste your time cleaning them out before you take your vehicle in.

  bought an interior cleaning package. When I received car back they didn’t even vacuum the seats, there were still crumbs on them. Center console not even touched. Trunk not touched. Dash not wiped down and windows were even dirtier than when I dropped it off...covered in finger marks. The only thing they seemed to wash off was the floor mats but even they still had a bit of salt on them. The package I got came with an exterior wash, but the car wash was broken for the day so they gave me a coupon to come back and have it washed another day. I came back for the wash today during normal business hours and was told the wash is closed all day for maintenance. The two ladies working at the desk were absolutely aweful, rudest people that have ever spoken to me. Told me they can’t guarantee when the wash will be working or not. Horrible experience... I will never go back, waste of time and money and my car is dirtier than when I took it in. I should have read all the bad reviews on here first.

  I have moved out of Guelph. I always used Valet car wash while I was there. I wanted to post this review because I kinda miss it. There is no other place like theirs, at least not where I am now. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Best experience so far.
