  NEVER returning!!! Overpriced, rude customer service. I was treated like a stupid woman by the FEMALE customer service person and also given attitude from one of the mechanics....as a woman with limited mechanical knowledge this place was my worst nightmare!!!!

  Had an oil change on my old car. I knew things needed repair. They pointed them out but definitely wasn't pressured into fixing it or provided miss information in regards to it. (My family is in the auto repair business and they confirmed the issues). Got a new car instead and will be taking it there for oil changes.

  Just got finished with an oil change at Meineke. I wish I had read the reviews before going here, so my advice to you is to go elsewhere to avoid getting scammed. I asked them specifically how much for a synthetic oil change and was told $59.99, after the oil change was completed I was surprised to find the oil change came to over $80. I confronted the receptionist about it, who immediately was very rude and defensive and said that it was because my car had a certain type of filter head that was more expensive to service. Instead of asking me if I was ok with this increased cost they went ahead and did it without my consent. We argued back and forth and the mechanic took my car back into the bay until I was forced to pay. I have had many oil changes at many different locations but have always been asked whether I agreed to an increased cost before it was actually done! Go somewhere else!

  Went to Canadian Tire first got turned down came here the service was exceptional got the work I needed done in 15 minutes ot less would recommend to anyone passing tru :)
