  Went in a while ago to look at purchasing a VW. The car is amazing so I bought it. The sales process felt like a revolving door of customers. IT has been 2 years now and the sales rep never even bothered to ask if I liked the car. I guess I am used to a more involved dealership who wants the repeat business. HOWEVER I love the cars you have and would most likely purchase another.

  This is the 2nd time I've shopped at Wilson's and will continue to. They treat you right and make sure everything runs smoothly. This time around Karl was the sales guy who's super nice and Shari who's also super nice and helpful. Didn't have any issues at all, will definitely come back when it's time for another vehicle, or a second one.

  Service: Big red NOPE. I have been trying to get some oil changes done here, appointments are impossible to get. When you arrive it's like a dead zone and there is no one there. Sometimes they wash your car (I know its weather related, but every time I have been there its been lovely out), they don't even reset your oil life, AND they told me my car needs oil changes ever 5,000 km, it is 15,000 km as per the manufacturer. SO needless to say, servicing here is not a good option.

  Rom Harris went above and beyond when helping us find the perfect car for our family needs last month. We bought a car from Mark Wilson’s before and we were happy with our experience and that’s why we thought we would come back but this time was even better! Ron was very helpful, patient and kind. It’s employees like this that really make a business thrive! Thanks for all your help, we’ve already told others, this is where they should go if they are in need of a car. Icing on the cake is you know your getting a great deal as all the cars are priced to sell, no need to look around at other places!

  Amazing experience. I had a little bit different of experience, which I'm totally okay with. I actually didn't get much help from the sales staff, and the responses were quite slow. However Stella in the financing department helped me the most, she was always quick to respond even when she was off, and stayed in late to make sure that I was completely taken care of. I bought a 2011 Jeep and it actually broke down, and I called her just because she was so friendly and went above and beyond for me when I bought it, she did the same thing again and directed me to the right department. Joe in service fixed my jeep free of charge even when I was right at the borderline of my dealership warranty. I really feel like I was taken care of and I will recommend this place to anyone! Love my jeep

  I am very happy with the car I purchased and would recommend Wilson's to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Selection is great and new cars are always coming in if you're willing to take your time. Just make sure you inquire about any cars you're interested in ASAP as they do move quickly.
