  Recently had my vehicle repaired at Dino's. They were very professional and prompt with their service. Everything was taken care of thoroughly. When they discovered further damage then was first appraised, they took care of all the insurance dealings for me. Have used Dino's in the past and would greatly recommend them to others!

  Friendly, and the work they did was good, but it was incomplete. I had some collision damage that included a broken driver's side mirror and headlight. The replacement mirror either doesn't have a heating element or they forgot to connect the element, and when I called they couldn't schedule time to fix it. Also, after the repair, the car reports a "headlight levelling problem" that they say can only be fixed by a dealer in Kitchener. Am I supposed to take a day off work to take my car to another city to complete the repair? They deserve more than 2 stars for the quality of their work, but I just can't do it. Grrr.

  On Jan. 16/17, I took my 2014 Toyota Matrix to Dino's as 1 of 3 different recommended auto shops by my insurance. I have heard good things about this shop so that's where I went. At Dino's, Steve had my car looked over where the damage was and said he could have my new bumper painted, installed and a couple other things to fix in 2-3 days. 2 days later I got a call that it was ready for pickup. Steve went over everything with me and said if I was not satisfied with anything that I could bring it back. Everything was great and I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend Dino's for your repairs. They did a #1 job and are honest, courteous and really nice to talk to. I would go back again!   In the last 20 years Dino's has repaired our cars twice and my now 88 year old Mom's van twice. I must stay their work is top notch and the repair and paint work the best I have seen and I am very picky with my cars. We totally trust them and my Mom thinks they are the nicest people who really care about her. Don't stress and just let them take care of you.

  We had two vehicles vandalized in the same night. Took both vehicles to Dino's and the work was excellent, the service top notch and the results were perfect. Thanks to Steve and Gino. I would always recommend Dino's to anyone. Marino Gazzola
