  I also take both vehicles to the on site mechanic shop whenever they need servicing. The mechanics are very experienced and great at trouble shooting. Katlyn is great at explaining the work that needs to be done and all the staff are great. Very knowledgable staff.

  Made a deal for an SUV with Wayne in person he told me I would get winter tires, rust proofing and an extra warranty. The day I was going to sign everything I got an email that he lowered my rate but he didn’t tell me it didn’t include the deal we talked about previously which was with winter tires, extra warranty and rust proofing so when I got there to sign the papers first he wasn’t there so I was taking to someone else. I was then bombarded with the news that my deal wasn’t the same but they didn’t say anything until I asked!

  Had my car serviced at Riverside, the young lady at the desk was pleasant and very helpful. I am in the market for a towable RV and will most definitely buy from Riverside, sales people are great and make sure you meet Barry I believe he is the owner, he is the most down to earth nicest guy you will meet!

  They wouldn’t give me the same deal because they said they would be losing money if they did and decided to bring two other exact same SUVs in for me to look at and the exhaust sounded terrible!! Wayne is not a good sales person at all! I introduced him to the people with me and he would call them completely different names! Just watch where you go, take someone with you because you won’t know if your getting screwed over with how they try and make it like your worries are all in your head. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
