  This salon lacks professionalism. I recently booked a facial appointment which I booked in advance. Upon my arrival I was informed they took a walk-in just minutes before I arrived ( I was 5 minutes early I might add}. I do not recommend this salon as they do not value their client's time - why bother booking if they don't honor it anyway.

  My mom had her hair died to cover up greys and in less than a week and in one wash the greys were showing again. When she went to the salon to ask why this happened the lady there became very defensive and just blamed it on the quality of the product and said she had done a wonderful job. Stay clear of this place for your hair especially the short Indian lady (she says sweetie A LOT).

  I went here today. I had a full facial threading, manicure and pedicure. It cost $70 because I wanted shellac for my nails. ($10 extra for shellac) My eyebrows were too short too small and too low. My nails and toenails uneven. I have nail polish over my toes. I told her I could be diabetic so be careful and only cut my toenails across. I also tend to get ingrown toenails. She cut into my toe sideways and it bled a fair amount. I am now afraid of getting an ingrown toenail and maybe an infection. There was one one else in the salon so I believe she could have taken her time with no one waiting. It is also dirty in and and so I almost waked out as soon as I walked in. I wish I had. The thing for taking skin off the bottom of your feet was so old I will now have to finish the job myself. I usually walk out of Salon feeling like I am walking on a cloud. Today I found myself limping out of this one my toe hurt so much.
