  The last time I was at Turtle Jack's I decided I would not return. I was left standing at the door for 12 minutes waiting for someone to clean one of the empty tables. The Server took another 10 minutes to take my order, and my food was another 15 minutes. The food was good, but the service SUCKED.

  One of my favorite restaurants. Always fresh and delicious food. Reasonable prices and great staff.

  Place was great some time ago but service time has taken a turn for the worse. The last 2 times we have been there we have had to wait over an hour to get food after ordering. Food was good but took way to long. I don't recommend this for family's as young kids will not appreciate the wait.

  Tasty food. Good service. Kids' menu is a little boring, but other than that, can't complain. Made for a nice evening out.

  We called ahead to see if a group of 14 could be accommodated. They advised that they could but we'd have to wait. The wait for the table was quick and we split into 2 tables of 10 and 4. However we ordered and waited almost an hour for our food and then it came in groups of 4. One group of 4 almost finished eating before the next food arrived. Very uncomfortable to eat that way at the table. The bills were mixed up and came out one at a time as well. Seemed very unorganized. Our first and last visit to a Turtle Jacks. Might be better for a smaller group.
