  I had an issue with a Scotiabank credit card and was advised to go to a branch. Today I was at the Stone Road Mall and saw the branch and immediately went inside to be greeted by Sally. Sally went on line and understood the issue and within 5 minutes was able to resolve the problem.

  I can no longer fulfill my banking needs at this branch now that the tellers have ban replaced by machines. Four times a month I was sending my student son money by third party transfer and can no longer do this unless I go to a branch no longer within walking distance. Once a month I required a money order and I can no longer get that unless I go to a branch further away from my home. I have received mailings announcing the Great news that my Clairfields branch is now open but for me not so great. It is apparent that Scotiabank is trying to reduce staff by making the costomer do his own banking. After 48 loyal years I am not prepared to accept reduced service and have little pleasure banking with a machine, there is no replacement for human contact. I will be walking to one of the other banks within walking distance who still offer human contact and full service.

  Useless. Open late, but not able to do normal banking. Basically an advisor and ATMS.

  Nice staff, open late. They helped me and remembered me when I returned the next day to repeat the process.
