  As a growing business looking to finally have a handle on our financials we went with RLB thinking with a firm of this size we'd be well taken care of. It seems all we gained was frustration. Communication was poor and they seemed to always be behind causing us to duplicate efforts frequently to get timely information.

  RLB seems to have very knowledgeable people on staff. I encountered problems with their personnel being far less than prompt, temporarily misplacing files, billing overcharges, and some priority, communications and courtesy problems. In-person meetings have been excellent. A mixed review.
