  I specifically want to mention my experience with Rosemary Clark who always plans the most incredible trips and goes above and beyond. I had the pleasure of working with Rosemary on planning a trip for a group of us in South Africa. Everything went off without a hitch and it was the most magical week of my life.

  No stars - Our agent planned a short, one week vacation for us. We ended up on flights - both directions - with two stopovers which meant two full days just getting to and from our hotel. We had expected our agent to get us on direct flights as instructed - didn't realize our mistake until it was too late. We did not feel the least bit looked after or cared for. We would never use this agent again or refer her to our friends.
