    There's a reason why Rogers isn't called Virgin. Because unlike Virgin, they give it hard to the people they service and f*** them harder than necessary. Virgin offers nothing but charges as if it's one of the big 3.

    Virgin Mobile - Worst company ever. The agents at the Kiosk do not tell the whole truth about the company policy. I switched from Rogers to Virgin mobile only to find out that I have to wait six (6) months to be able to make an International Call??!!!!?? I have the smartphone plan.... What a ridiculous policy???!! The customer service agents on the telephone are very rude. Please stay away from Virgin mobile.

    Bought a phone and plan from Virgin Mobile and the people at the mall have been great to deal with. The people that you have to deal with on the phone to make changes to plans are brutal! Stay away.
