  I don't enjoy rating this lower than 3 as Ray's used to be a well known great Chinese place near the university. It's definitely gone down hill food wise. The food I ordered was missing ingredients, old tasting, lack of flavour and very mushy. Everything tasted extremely overcooked or maybe left over from a few days ago then warmed up. I ended up only finishing a small portion of the food and throwing more than half out. The staff when I arrived were friendly and quickly got my pickup order handled so I'm giving it 2 star's. Sorry Rays but I won't be returning.

  I was to be reimbursed for a delivery on Feb.2nd 2018 due to it being extremely late like 1 hr and 30 mins. and screwed up by the restaurant itself and I see it never was credited back on my credit card when they said they would. I do not recommend this restaurant at all due to the fact they are not honorable to their customers. I will not order from Ray's again. They just lost a loyal customer.

  Completely horrific. Couldn't tell you the quality because I wasn't even able to eat it. They had spilt my low mein all in the bag leaving sauce over everything and the bottom of the bag was so wet my food spilt all over the floor. Call them back and the gentlemen on the phone who was friendly said hold on, and the owners in the background began to yell for a good five minutes, he returned to the phone and said they are doing nothing that I opened the bag wrong.

  I’ve always heard that this restaurant is a nightmare and I thought why not try it by myself. And the reality is beyond a nightmare. The male staff’s service is shockingly bad! His voice is so unfriendly and inpatient and talks extremely loud at the back with his coworkers. And the food, lol, even worse! I ordered a chicken fried rice, and I though there were actual chicken pieces on the top of rice, however, there were only like 5 SLICES of chicken which I can count by my bare fingers! Can’t believe such restaurant still exists.

  Horrible service. Huge portion of Horrible food. The chiefs talk loudly as if they are fighting, though I can understand what they are talking. It's just annoying.
