  Get more reciptionists to answer the phone. No one has all day to wait 20 minutes to book an appointment or just to speak to their doctor its ridiculous!

  i got caught off guard when it asked me to pay again at the parking lot after i leave the parking lot for coffee. says on the parking sign board " flat rate " . when will this govt. stop supporting these scammers. we will never prosper until we learn humanity. You have not learned nothing in life if you have not learned humanity. Govt's are teaching people how to suck your last drop of blood even.

  I've been with a doctor at Dawson Medical now for about 8 years now. I am more than satisfied with each experience there. My doctor, and all the other doctors I've seen there have excellent bed side manner. Specifically my doctor (Dr.Wallace) though he's compassionate, caring, and just overall an amazing person. The staff there as well are professional, respectful, and amazing. Anytime I've have a health issue, I'm seen usually that day I call, if not within 48 hours later. The after hours clinic there is also great, and usually am not waiting more than an hour to see a doctor. I would recommend this place for sure if one would be looking for a family doctor.

  Doctors are good ..but at the reception there is quite new female staff begging really arrogant and rude ..when. Calls for appointment and all..she just doesn't care so I have to look for Lori who is just awesome with customer to talk to to

  Screwed up my appointment, had to book a new appoint for TWO weeks later! Apparently I was the SECOND appointment they screwed up today! I told them EXACTLY when I called to make this appointment and asked for them to deal with it accordingly. They just shrugged it off. That's fine I guess if they enjoy having incompetent receptionists.
