  I went to the Brick to purchase something for a charity and both James (the Manager) and Travis (Account Rep) immediately wanted to help with this special endeavour. They worked with me to make sure we got the best deal possible to stretch our charitable dollars, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with them that I ended up also purchasing a sectional sofa for my home. Again, they were so helpful, spending lots of time with us reviewing all the choices. They were never pushy, allowing us plenty of time to go over all the options and found us the best deal they could. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Thank you James and Travis for all your help!

  Worst customer service. Don’t buy from these people. They won’t honour warranties. They make you call numerous times and then put you on hold and don’t come back. Becky and the older woman who handle calls and warranties just lie. This is my third time trying to work with them and they are just horrible. I call other stores to get service and in the future I’d only go out of town to shop there. This store should be shut down. The regional manger will be made aware of this.

  Years ago this store left a bad taste in my mouth due to terrible experience with dishonest staff, multiple delivery delays and damaged goods. I recently moved and was in the process of furnishing my new home but had difficulty finding quality sleek modern furniture at a reasonable price. To my surprise, The Brick had the best selection, but I had no intention of going to this store UNTIL I heard about the new and improved management. I decided to give it another shot, after a nearly 15-year boycott! WOW, what a difference! From my awesome salesperson Doug, to James, the stellar manager - to say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! Doug was extremely professional and patient with my many questions and demands. He helped me make educated decisions in choosing the right furniture for MY taste, MY space and MY budget. Doug made valuable and meaningful recommendations based on MY needs. He NEVER pressured me to buy things I do not need, all for the sake of commission. Doug was able to provide exactly what I wanted and suggest additional add-on’s that actually made sense. Everything was delivered within days of purchase and just in time for the holidays! THANK YOU Doug and James for making this an unexpectedly wonderful experience! I’m already planning on coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture with exceptional customer service, ESPECIALLY those with similar bad experiences in the past. You will be impressed, I promise. :) p.s. Special thanks to James for coming to confirm that everything was delivered and assembled properly. Talk about personalized service!

  We had an excellent service experience at this store. Both the Manager James Orme and our sales rep Tony Benson treated us with great kindness and consideration. We highly recommend this store if you are looking for great advice to help you make a final purchase decision that suits your needs and budget!

  Sales man we had, believe his name was Charlie? Was amazing! He was not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable! He needs a promotion. The manager on the other hand was a useless prick. Would go back! And my furniture is well loved and great quality.
