  Customer service left lacking. Called to make appointment for iphone 6 battery replacement, told have to call day before just to make sure they had them in stock even through this was my 3rd try to even make an appointment. The staff member didn't take any of my information and I had to call back again as she thought my frustration with this process meant I was no longer interested..... I get there are limitations based on Apple but this seems more complicated that others I know who are getting batteries replaces as well!

  David and the staff in the store yesterday were incredible in resolving the issues with my iPhone 6. Within a half hour I was explained what was wrong with the phone and recommended steps moving forward- ultimately everything being resolved within a few hours. We found them reliable, knowledgeable, and surprisingly entertaining. Thanks for all the help!!

  Do not buy here. My wife bought an Apple Watch 3 at the Jump + in Guelph because sales person Brendon Aberdeen told her that it will work with any phone. Apparently that is not true and it doesn’t work with my phone. Called the store to complain on December 24 2017 and was told that manager will call us after the Boxing Day on December 27 2017. Guess what, nobody called us back because they don’t care.

  Jesse was extremely helpful with my purchase of a new phone. I walked into the store and was immediately offered assistance and the service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything before I left the store. I would highly recommend this store based on this experience.

  Jesse has been helping me for the last 3 years. I couldn't find a better technical help support associate. He is heartwarmingly friendly and brings out the human side together with of the technical. He teaches me innovative, complications-busting, up-to-date solutions without fail, every time. He's got a knack for making one comfortable with the stuff and quickly homes in on relief-inducing answers. Way to go Jesse. Thank you
