  I was doing some late shopping and left before store was closed. To be told the the exit where I had parked is now locked this should not be allowed. There are people who have mobility problems and struggle to walk though stores then to be told they now have to walk to the opposite side of the store they parked on to exit store. I believe there is a law saying every building must have 2 exits why are they locking doors early?? After explaining to your store manager on friday evening that I have recently had knee surgery and being told they don't care I honestly don't care to shop there. Leaving the store to see every mobility parking spot was being used that night on the closed side of the store. If this happens again be perpared to refund my purchases.

  6 hours after open, still not stocking Tuesday releases. Asked for the new bluray that came out today. Told, "Sorry, they are in the back. We are behind." Asked if I could get said item. "No." And employee walked away from me. Glad I'm not in this location much as this is terrible service.

  Don't Print Photos on Mugs Here, If you placed an order it takes 7 to 10 days to arrive and you have only ONE HOUR to cancel the order. Then call customer service talk to agents and managers they will not offer any other option. It is fair and understandable for photos but not at all for MUGS that probably has not even shipped yet to the local store to be printed. there are plenty of other places you can have it printed in the same day with better service. But i got to give it to them to be fair the mug did looked better.

  I can't give less, but here it is. One star for nothing. I been trying to go several weeks. To get size 5 huggies little movers for my little girl. But it seems that they don't have a organization manager. It's been a month going to this location a they done have this dippers in the 132 units presentation. I been calling before going there and the person in the phone doesn't know, it's not trained or something is happening, because every time I went there to buy confirming that they do have, I get to the store and they don't have. You ask a representative in that department and they are more rude telling that they have whatever it's on the shelfs.
