  I boooked a car at this location at 1:10pm asking for them to pick me up for 4:45-5:00pm. The man on the phone took my information and advised me that someone would be there to pick me up at that time. I did tell sales person that time was very important to have a driver arrive at the right time.

  Could not ask for better service -- fast, flexible, helpful, really pleasant in every way. I've been given great vehicles both times I've used them, and found the experience reassuring and ultra professional. I had some logistical issues and they accommodated me without a problem. Highly recommended - and very reasonable. The weekend deal was really amazing. You can also park on the lot, very convenient.

  I got a call at 5:00 pm from a driver and she advised me that the car is ready to leave there office now. And asking for more directions of how to get to my address. ( the office is 20mins away from me) I explained to the driver that she was supposed to be at my location right now. She then tried to explain to me that “ it has been very busy day” at the rental car agency. If I did wait for this person to pick me up it would make me an hour late for my appointment that I had made.

  In conclusion it being busy at there office is NO excuse for leaving someone stranded. If you tell someone a time and it is agreed. BE THERE ON TIME! They had four hours to be ready to pick me up on time.

  Best enterprise I've been to between Guelph, Cambridge and KW region. Great selection of cars and the friendliest service.
