  Alright place for drinks, bartenders are pretty good. But that's about it. I don't know much about it as a restaurant, but as a bar it's quite cringy. The music makes or breaks a place, and let me tell you, it sinks this dive through the ground. You walk in and almost want to end yourself because of the music choice, aweful, to their credit, they did have the music leveled very well and you didn't go def trying to have a good time

  Had a terrible experience here on Friday and won't be returning. First, my friends and I won a Facebook contest which promised us free entry, a free private booth and free food. I suppose we got the promised free entry and booth because they weren't charging for entry anyway and the place was empty and full of available booths. We asked our server about the food prize and she told us that we would receive a complimentary order of nachos if we purchased a drink. I don't want to sound entitled to free stuff, but offering a buy one get one deal is absolutely not the same as a free prize item and it is false advertising to label it as such. We decided that we would instead take our business elsewhere. As we were about to leave, the manager came by our table and asked if we would like to order anything, we politely told her no, and that we were disappointed in the misleading contest as we had travelled 30 mins to get to Guelph. Before we could finish, she snapped at us, "You don't like the contest, well I don't like your attitude", and stormed off. I was absolutely shocked to see such a lack of professionalism from a manager. The false contest had left a bad taste in my mouth but the unacceptable outburst from your staff is why I won't be returning. Ironically, if we had actually received free food as promised, all four of us would have ordered drinks to go with it and it would have more than covered the cost of the nachos for them. Instead you've lost four customers. I believe the manager's name is Alysia.

  It was okay. Food was decent - hubby like his pulled pork more than I like my burger. Sevice was very slow and she never came back to check on us. One customer was obnoxiously loud, but it looked like she was a friend of the server, so one said anything. Went in the winter, and it was not heated well - kept my coat on the whole time. Won't go back.

  Foods pretty good my only complaint is the slow service. Any time we go we wait a while before being served and once the food comes good luck with a check in to see if you need a refill or anything.

  The clientele can be a little off (not their fault, but also doesn't inspire me to go back). I'd recommend going early to miss the drunken student brawls and vomiting.
