  I need to leave a second review...... today I tried the cherry and cocoa loaf. Potentially the best bread I have ever had. All three chefs in my catering shop (Foodies) finished the loaf in about 5 minutes. We tried to decide the best pairing with it.... started with coffee and cream cheese...finished with a bottle of red wine and aged cheddar cheese. Both amazing. please make this a daily bake!!!!!!!!

  This is our go to bakery! Kids depend on me buying my bread and treats here. Really it’s among the best bread I’ve ever had regular access to. Jesse and Kelly have worked so hard to bring this little gem (and hand made bread making power plant) to our city. Such a great part of our community.

  I love Polestar sourdough bread. Each loaf is beautiful. Heavy, dense, delicious, crusty top, moist and flavourful.
